These proceedings contain papers that have been subjected to a double blind refereeing process conducted by academic peers with specific expertise in the key themes and research orientation of the papers. It provides an opportunity for readers to engage with a selection of refereed papers that were presented during the 3rd International Hospitality and Tourism Conference (IHTC2016).
